Booking & Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event, prior to the event start time.

We currently accept cash, check, and credit card. Credit-card payments are subject to an applicable processing fee, which is the responsibility of the renter.

Event insurance is required for all bookings. Proof of the required coverage must be provided prior to your event.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Moonlit Embers’ Terms & Conditions, cancellation policy, event insurance requirements, and property and safety policies.

Event insurance is required for all events at Moonlit Embers. We recommend Event Helper as an easy option for purchasing short-term event coverage.

You can use the link below to get a quote and purchase coverage for your event. Once purchased, please provide Moonlit Embers with proof of insurance prior to your event date.
